As you know I love to make art dolls for myself, friends, and an occasional client or two. I am currently working on dolls that will be displayed in Houston. TOADA (Texas Association of Original Doll Artists) is providing me the opportunity to have my dolls appear at the Houston Contemporary Craft Museum this summer. Another showing will take place at the Jung Center for the Arts.
Pamela Armas (treasureofthegypsies.com)has invited me to create a Carnival Gypsy for her annual competion and doll-show at the Houston International Quilt Show. In addition, I am in the process of getting (hoping to get) permission to create a doll representing a character from one many books illustrated by P.J. Lynch (pjlynchgallery.com).
I'll post the dates/time/places of these showings.

For a time a Blogger Monster had captured my blogspot. The problem has cleared up so now I will get back to news.

Thanks for taking the time to visit with me
Hello and welcome to my blogsite.
This blog is a way for us to discuss dollmaking and it gives me the opportunity to share some of the original dolls I have made. I will also include information about classes I have attended and recommend.
